Drawings reviewed within 48 hours. Itemised lump-sum or schedule of rates, with clear inclusions and assumptions.

Pre-start

SWMS, drawings & design TBC before mobilisation. Arrange labour and completion program. Long-lead joinery procured against your program.

On site

Foreman on every site, daily diary, weekly look-ahead. Direct line to the director for anything escalated.

Hand-over

Pre-handover walkthrough, snag close-out in days not weeks, and a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
